The Wiki Web Project
Here is my PPT as a video. Let me know if you would like me to post the PPT version.
Marci- for being so afraid of the project you did a great job. It was very comprehensive and very enlightening. One piece of advice I would give you is to not leave an idividual picture on the screen for so long. The longer a picture is on the screen the less the watcher is paying attention to what is being said. I was also a bit concerned that it was so long only because the syllabus said 5-6 minutes. I just wanted you to know that I am very proud of you for sticking with it and I think that you have amazing potential. Don't give in you are doing great! I am so proud of you!
Marci, I connot view the pesentation in the team wiki so I viewed it at the link you left. I can see the work you put into it. Thanks for the informaton on wikis. Two courses are tough. I am taking two in september. May be we will collaborate in another course. Good Luck. Thanks for the kind words. Henry
I don't imagine you will check back, but just in case, this video is for the Diffusion Class, my Distance Education video is further down the screen. Sorry for the confusion!!
Marci, Very thorough and well thought-out. I am a advocate of using a wiki instead of a blog, especially as a repository for training materials. I guess it's because they seem to be more user-friendly. I use Wikispaces and find it quite useful in my work environment.
Looking forward to tracking along with you as we progress through this program. Mark
